Does having an AA degree give you a competitive edge for the Daytona State program?

I have an A.A. degree done and prereq's for any nursing program and bachelor's ALL DONE! 3.7 gpa. Does daytona give you an edge in for having an AA degree?
Having a college degree of any kind with a GPA of 3.7 should show any school that you're capable of doing college level work with high standards. I can't imagine any school not being impressed by it.

It does not give you an edge over other students. DSC ADN program looks at gpa and the fact that you have all prereq done. Seeing that you have a 3.7 gpa and all prereq you should have no problems being accepted. Each semster the gpa requirement will vary depending on the students who are applying.

Try applying to UCF in Daytona. Since you already have an AA you would graduate with a BSN instead of just the ADN.
