Nursing jobs in Dayton

Hi,

My wife will be looking for a nursing job in Dayton OH soon. Does anyone know what to expect for hourly wages/sign on bonus (if applicable). She has 1 year experience in med/surg (has a BSN, recent grad). Anyone that is fimiliar with the hospitals in the area care to share their experience?

It's been a decade since I worked in Dayton, so I don't know anything about specifics of nursing jobs these days, but I can say that I worked for both Kettering Medical Center and Miami Valley Hospital and was v. happy with both of them as employers.
