Need help selecting nursing goals!!

Hi everyone! I am a 3rd year nursing student and I am currently doing a clinical rotation in a school where I am required to develop and present to the class. I am struggling trying to figure out the difference between psychosocial and physical goals for my careplan. I also need a goal r/t growth and development. My nursing diagnosis for these goals are deficient knowledge (my topic-healthy relationships)...please help!
Physical goals= those that affect the body Psychosocial= those that affect the mind, mood, and spirit.What age group are you working with? That will play a part in what goals you select.

I'm confused as to what you're looking for. You can't make a nursing diagnosis on a topic, you have to have a specific patient with specific issues.

I know ..its backwards..I am teaching grade 10's and their teacher suggested a topic for me..then we have an assignment associated with the teaching plan where you have to have a nursing diagnosis and interventions...it doesnt make sense why we are doing this..we should just have a teaching plan b/c we aren't the ones identifying the need

Why was that topic suggested by the teacher? Are there difficulties with the establishment of healthy relationships for them? Do they currently have healthy relationships? You need this assessment data to determine the diagnosis (which you need before you can establish the goal).

One possible nursing diagnosis is; knowledge deficit related to healthy & unhealthy romantic relationships. Thanks..I actually do have this goal..my trouble is I need 5 holistic goals- 3 physical/psychosocial, 1 growth and development goal and 1 primary health care goal
