Need a Nursing Report Sheet Please!

Hi everyone!

I'm in the final weeks of my RN program and begin management in the next two weeks. I need a good report sheet to keep track of all the patients of my fellow students. I have found some from some old threads, but have not found quite the right one yet. If anyone can help. I would really appreciate it. I sort of like what they use in the hospital, but not sure it's available to students.
Of course its available to students. just ask one of the nurses on the unit for a copy. they should be happy to help you out. Good luck.

I am having technical difficulties this morning. If you send me you email, I will send you the one that I use. It is geared toward surgical pts, but it can be tweaked to any pt population.
