Info on Nursing research ASAP

So I need to interview 2 nurses for a school assignment. One an RN and another an MSN prepared nurse.

What are your views on the significance of nursing research?

How have you learned about nursing research?
how do you/ use or don't use research in your practice?
What are the barriers and facilitators to research for you?

This is due Monday, so if you have 10 mins to help out that would be great. The research doesn't have to be research that you have done personally, it can be about research that you have read and that has helped gain a greater understanding of a topic. I need your name and title also.
