Psych nursing/sex offenders

1 Just wondering what kind of work situations to expect in working on a sexual offenders unit? Is there anyway to check what the "safety record" of the institution. (Like maybe see OSHA reports or something). Any input is helpful...Thanks
You may be able to find out through the state health dept. The facility may even have that infomation made public somewhere, like nursing homes have. Otherwise you could ask other employees that work there.
