Entry level- Public health nursing

Hi. I am beginning my clinical portion of my BSN education, and I was wondering about the prospects upon graduation of getting a job in public health. Is there anything specific you have to do to qualify? Are there jobs in public health out there for new grads? Any information on public health nursing would greatly be appreciated because I can't find much discussion about it on here.

Usually, they like experience. Some agencies will hire W/O. This is about the only place where there are jobs in nursing. In Rochester, NY 2 big agencies are giving sign on bonuses....... $10,000 for 1, $15,000 for another.
