Nursing Alphabet Soup

Saw a nurse the other day wearing a badge with her name, followed by RN, and then the letters "LSMFT."

Anybody remember what that meant in the 60s?
lucky strike means fine tobacco.What in the world it means today, I have no idea? Licensed marriage and family therapist?
