How do we apply carper's pattern of knowing in our daily nursing practice?

I've searched online a couple of times and all i have found are articles explaining carper's pattern of knowing and its application in an academic setting. what i want to know is how we can apply this theory in everyday nursing practice. Please help..
let's hear what you think. when you make an outline list about what you read on one side of a page, and on the other side write equivalent or parallel actions from nursing, what's it look like? or how does it not work for you?
