StrataNF why is this one not replacing reg. Foleys?

I went to the website and it does look like a great alternative to the regular foley catheter. But my guess is that it's more expensive and hospitals don't want to spend the money.

Not only more expensive but hospitals are really cracking down on Foley use period with the CORE measures and healthcare reform that's coming. So it won't be worth the investment most likely on an inpatient basis unless it truly is for a very long term use.
