I am a nursing graduate and working on a research

I am planning to have a research about nurses working outside the hospital. I need to have related problem on this like their coping, their satisfaction that they cannot use all their skills from school, and others. what good title can you guys suggest? thanks
i suggest you talk to some of us who do that so you have a better idea of what you want to research. it's easier to have a research topic clearly in mind before you write your problem statement and then start collecting data.
