Here is what the resident was brought into the ER with 8 months later: GI Bleed Coma diarrhea vomiting severe dehydration significantly hypotensive significant electrolyte disturbance significantly hyperkalemic acute kidney failure severe urinary tract infection septic shock severe sepsis - caused by the UTI based on ER records stage 4 pressure ulcer on coccyx was placed in hospice....
