Orientation to NSLIJ Health System-New Grad RN

Hi! I was just offered a job at a hospital within the NSLIJ Health System for a telemetry unit and was wondering if anybody knows what orientation is like there. How long it is ? Should I be studying for anything beforehand? Also, I haven't taken a pharm exam there but I'm pretty sure they give one before you can start on the unit. Anyone know when they give it and what you have to know for it?
