I swore by her nursing dx care plan book! Rest easy Ms Ackley. Thoughts go out to her family, friends and colleagues.

She taught at the school I graduated from! Although she was retired when I went through there, everyone had nothing but great things to say about her. Thanks for posting this.

My heart goes out to her family. As for nursing diagnosis.... if I can't say anything nice I will just not say anything at all.

Sorry to hear this. I found her nursing diagnosis book to be the easiest to navigate and I used it more than any other.
