Returning to the hospitals

My first job was on an acute med floor. I was there for 1 yr. Then I went into home health, for 4 years. Now I'm at a long term/rehab facility for 1 yr. I want back into the hospital setting. Which will be in the near future. I definitely need to freshen up on those duties and scrub off the rust. I'm looking for suggestions to what I should review. I know I need to review, IV solutions, IV meds, and labs. What suggestions do you have? Any advice on returning to this setting after 5yrs?
Most nursing programs offer refresher courses for people who want to renew their licenses. I know you have kept your license active since your break from hospital nursing, but a refresher course would offer clinicals in a hospital setting, as well as refreshers on IV meds, etc. It might also make your resume stronger when applying for a hospital job again.

Thank you! I will definitely look into that!
