Report sheets organization tips and tricks

I'm a new nurse starting in a short term rehab facility soon. I'm just wondering how to keep up with 15-30 patients. Anyone have advice? How do you do report sheets for that many? I'm excited yet nervous.
I've never taken care of that many patients. But I'd make a brain sheet for each patient. Think of all the information that is needed to do your job, what others may ask you about the patient, etc. and put it on your brain sheet. Make a checklist for EVERYTHING... even the little things because you'd be surprised how easily you can forget things, especially when taking care of so many patients. Good luck. Organization is key.
