Cobblehill nursing home in Brooklyn NY

Hi, can anyone tell me about this rehab facility? How is the pay? How do they treat patients there? I heard from a relative of a friend that the service is awful, late and disturbing. And the food is unhealthy and awful is this true? Any opinions and suggestion will be much appreciated.
