Telephonic Nursing

Hello. I am a telephonic RN Case Manager who holds a compact license. My patients live in states from Hawaii to New York. I am concerned because my employer does not require licensure in the non-compact states.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Does your company require separate licensure in the non-compact states? My supervisor says she is sure legal has reviewed this, but I am concerned this may violate the NPA.
Your supervisor being sure that 'legal has reviewed it' is not good enough, suggest you check with your malpractice insurance provider and the non-compact BONs.
