military spouse over sea new grad

I graduated nursing school in December 2014 with my ADN. I passed my boards in March 2015. Two weeks later I joined my husband who is stationed overseas for three years. I have talked to the hospital on base but they are seeking bachelor degrees. I am thinking on volunteering for the red cross and getting my bachelor's online. My worry is how hard is it going to get a job when we go back to the states? If anyone has been through this all information will be appreciated
