Advice on my nursing brain sheet?Rating: (votes: 10)
Hello all,
I am beginning my 72 hour preceptorship for school on a med surg floor (night shifts) and was wondering if any of you could comment on my nursing brain that I made. What would you add/remove or anything really? This is the first time I will be using a brain sheet. I normally just write on a blank sheet of paper and check the computer every hour for any updated information, but I will be precepting at a different hospital and was only given about 15 minutes to check out their computer system so I would like to have the majority of the client info organized on my sheet. I also attached a tasks list, do you think it's necessary? Anyone? Lol |
