College sued for failing nursing student

Oh my....I work as a school nurse and deal with classroom accommodations all the time...but this, IMHO, is a huge stretch.

If she cannot sit through an exam, how in the world, will she be able to sit through the NCLEX??

And then when her patient is a train wreck, does she get a time out? Extended time?

I do not agree. She may be anxious and a poor test taker, many people are and are fabulous nurses. But it sounds as though she has made a career choice that she is not suited for. I'm sure she can take a different career path in the bio-medical sciences and be successful.

I do not think the the suit should hold up.
