New Grad RN Salary in Richmond

Hey all. I'll be graduating nursing school in January 2016 and my fiancé and I are looking into moving to the Richmond, VA area once I'm finished. She is already an ICU/CCU Rn with 5 years experience and I have been a PCT in the ICU for 5+ years. I know there have been several posts on here about salary in the area but most seem to be from at least 4-5 years ago if not older. Does anyone have any recent input on what a new grad and what an RN with 5+ years experience can expect to make?
