OR Nursing???

Hello,

I'm considering applying to take the OR training course and work in the OR at my local hospital. I'm a surgical RN at heart and love all things surgical.

Any OR nurses out there like to share their thoughts on OR nursing? Why did you become an OR nurse? What are the pros and cons to your position? Does it become boring seeing the same surgeries over and over or is every case new and exciting? What are you thoughs on being on-call?
