entreprenuer nursing

I just wanted to know if there are any nurses out there that have started there own business. I would love to be independent, but don't know how to go about doing it, or what I would even do. If you have any ideas out there I am all ears.

I see commercials for the Hover-Round mobile wheelchair which was designed by a nurse if I'm not mistaken. I say I want to find a way to make tape come off easier or electrodes even. Probably the biggest patient complaint I hear!! Soap and water works to an extent but us guys and our hair still make it painful (you ladies have labor to contend with so I'll stop complaining). Maybe there is already something like that out there. If so, that person deserves there first million.
