HELP WANTED: I'm considering travel nursing to South America and don't know where to start...

There are so many questions I have and would love some advice!

I have been an RN (on an orthopedic rehabilitation unit) for one year and am looking for a change in my nursing career which will help shape my future as a nurse (and as a person). I love the thought of helping the global community and taking my nursing skills to under developed areas. My spanish knowledge is limited (will that be a deal breaker???), but am willing to take classes, etc.. Do some agencies offer spanish immersion classes? I am hoping to travel for 6 mos-1year. What are some quality websites for international traveling nursing? Any tips?? please and thanks!!!!
