Do nurses look forward to going to work?!

I've only been a nurse for a year now, and I know that I probably need to find another specialty..
BUT I dread going to work! I work in an ICU, and I constantly feel overwhelmed about all of the responsibilities, stressed about calling and dealing with doctors, and BURNT OUT on either helping patients who don't want help or who won't be saved with all of the help in the world.
Am I in the wrong field here?
