New grad job in Chesapeake Virginia

I just moved to Chesapeake was wondering what hospitals here are hiring new grads, and how long does it take to get a job here, and what is the pay scale. Am a old new grad meaning I pased my board February last year hadn't work. Any insight will be appreciated
