Dialysis career transition - YES/NO? Why?

Dialysis seems to be a great direction to take your nursing career. However, it seems pretty hard to break into this specialty. Agree? Could you recommend a few companies to check out? (TX, AR, MO, ot OK) Any pros/cons regarding the companies would be helpful!
