need help on career - stick it through or leave?

It's been almost a month since I have been working a pediatric subacute facility and while I enjoy the nature of the work, my facility is going through massive financial strains right now and the nurses aren't happy. There are even talks of bankruptcy. As a new grad I know the available opportunities out there are slim so I would love some advice: stick it out and pray for the best that I will get a year of experience? Or should I start applying again to other hospitals? If I apply to other hospitals should I put my current employment information down? Thank you.
