Nursing in Nashville

I'm planning a move to Nashville & am overwhelmed by all the options for nursing. Anyone have advice on where to begin? My experience is OR & I'm open to hospitals or surgery centers. Best to apply directly to hospitals? Use a recruiter? Coming from LA I'm not worried about commuting. Just want to get a good paying job! Thanks!
