Nursing Home Drama

I know nobody on here can give "legal" advice I was just wondering if anyones had anything like this happen.... I work in a nursing home a nurse covered up a pressure ulcer instead of reporting it, and state may of got wind of it... what kind of tag do you think that is?
I also have see that at the nursing home where u work. Almost everyone does it. And it's horrible. At times I wanna report it.
