Field Nursing in Westchester County NY

Hi ~

Does anyone know anything about any home care nursing agencies or pharmaceuticals companies that serve patients the communities in and/or around Westchester County, NY?

I'm an RN/BSN - I only have one year of experience as a nurse (in pediatrics) but was in corporate sales for 20 years. I really want to break in to either home care nursing or some kind of field position working for a company that hires RN's in the field...to educate patients on their products or to be sure patient outcomes are as expected...?

I see RN's come in to our practice who work for pharmaceuticals companies to teach patients and their families how to administer meds, i.e., growth hormone or insulin.

I know I would be very good at this; my pediatric patients and their families love me but I'm not really happy in my current position. I don't like being couped up and I'm not learning.

Any advice?
