New grad in IMU

Hi. I am a new grad nurse and was offered a position on an Cardiac IMU floor at a hospital. I wanted some insight to if you think it is a good place for a new grad to start off in? How hard is it and is IMU nursing considered as critical care nursing? Thank you for your inputs.
