From BSN to MBA (CHANCES OF GETTING HIRED)

Hi, I have my bsn degree 2 years ago, now I am going to school this winter for an MBA course. Actually I came from the Philippines so I'm using a student's visa here in US. I just want to know, is there a chance that I might get hired or absorbed after my internship? what are my chances of being hired after I got my MBA degree? Does some company sponsor an alien like me to be an immigrant?
