Nursing Specialty Fellowship Programs

Hi Guys! How's everything. Let me be the first one to greet you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2014 ahead of us!!! Who can advice me where to enroll for a "paid" Nursing Specialty Fellowship Program? I am quite interested to shift gears to Emergency Nursing or Flight Nursing. Hope you can all help me in this matter. Thanks in advance.
This sounds like a very interesting concept -- but not one that I have ever come across. In my organization, some larger facilities provide cross-training programs for experienced nurses, but these are not open to external applicants.
