Nursing + MBA = ?

I graduated from BSCN from canadian university..
I love the idea of nursing, I enjoy working with people.. But I don't like bed side nursing, I know many don't either.. I like Business & I would like to merge nursing with business.. What kinda jobs would open up with BSCN & MBA.. Is there anyone here with similar background.. or has suggestions/opinion etc?
I know a lot of nurses with MBAs - it's a common pathway for nurses in the US. However, those who wish to advance to nurse leadership positions in the US will need an MSN, because that is our advanced degree. Overall, MBAs are less valuable in healthcare than an MHA(with internship) unless it is from a program with a specialty focus such as an MBA in healthcare finance. Of course, Canada may be a lot different.
