Straight B's all the way through nursing school.

I am set to graduate in May 2014 and I am currently searching the job market. Unfortunately, test taking is not easy for me and I have earned straight B's through nursing school. Do I have any hope in finding a decent job in the Midwest? Most nurse residencies have transcript requirements and it is a little discouraging. I have other experience, such as an internship at a clinic in Central America and other experience. Any thoughts? Thanks!
