Red Cross Nursing

Hello, I have just been informed that I got a real job! It is for the American Red Cross. Does anyone have any experience in this field? Does it lead into other fields? I am to be a Charge/Float RN. I am very excited but a bit nervous. Any suggestions or comments would be muchly appreciated. Thank you!
How about some details? Are you working in a facility? A blood collection are? The Red Cross functions much differently in different places.
