Summer job after grad from BscN?

Hi all,

I am debating on taking a summer job after consolidations. I heard that in my province there is almost a 2-3 months gap between grad and getting a temp license. During then, I am unable to work an actual nursing job. However, I did got offered a quality improvement internship at a smaller hospital for 2 months. My old PSW job at a bigger hospital also asked me if I wanted to come back (I worked there last summer). Since I will likely be struggling to find a RN job during then, which one would help me to stand out from my resume for a RN job? Some people told me it's good to get more direct patient care but I think QI is something more unique. I would appreciate your input! Thanks
