new career

Hey, well I just started a new career last week. The co-workers were in a huddle taking about me.at first they said if I had ?don't be afraid to ask so I asked. This is my first job as a phlebotomist and it sucks because I was only able to draw specimen from one patient all day. It sucks right now. Co-workers are not being as friendly. nor working with me as a team. I feel once I get the time frame down pack I will make one of the best phlebotomist on my job. what can I do different to get better at my sticks? it's 3 phlebotomist watching me stick patients.
