Choosing between USPS and Nursing Job

I currently work for USPS and recently got my RN licensed in June 2013. I have been with USPS for 21 years. I just got accepted at one of the federal agency military clinic. I am debating whether to just stay for USPS and get the nursing experience at the military clinic. Both are federal jobs and I get to keep my years of service. However, the clinic pays a little less than USPS. What should I do? Any advised? I am thinking at least the military clinic can give me some nursing experience. please help
Only you can decide this.Do you want to practice nursing?

Just a thought...what will you do after you get your time in with the federal job? Will you retire? If you want/need to continue working, taking the RN position may be more beneficial in the long run???
