Nursing jobs while on probationRating: (votes: 0) Sounds like first and foremost you need to get this probation lifted. You give no indication what you've been applying for. If you haven't already, broaden your search. My guess is that you may be able to find a nursing home somewhere that is desperate enough for a nurse that is willing to take you on. Look at facilities nobody wants to work in. Those are pretty much your only possibilities at the moment. Suck it up and do what you have to do. Comment: Thank you for the response. I have been applying t everyplace I can think of nursing homes, LTAC's, wellness centers, hospitals, dialysis centers, you name it. I have almost 60 applications filled out and submitted in the last month alone. So i feel I "sucked it up", and am hitting those jobs that no one really wants, just wanted some new ideas, of anything else I could do to try and improve my chances.Comment: Quote from ICURN69Thank you for the response.
