New Grad Resume Help PLEASE!!

I recently graduated and became licensed in the state I live in. I have applied to so many RN jobs, and I'm not getting any feedback. I'm not sure if my resume has something to do with it. Are there any nurse managers or HR personnel who would be willing to look at it and tell me if there is something I need to change, fix, or update? Please help. I really need to get to work.
