Keeping ahead in school

I'm a young mom/ wife and trying to do a fast track LPN program... But I feel like I'm getting over loaded and burnt out... I'm wondering, is this normal for most students doing a fast track program? I'm worried because I've failed my last two classes... HELP?! ADVICE?! TIA
