New Grad-Outpatient Nursing Job

I am just curious. Is it possible for a new grad (with hosptial, but not RN experience) to get a job working in an Outpatient and/or non-bedside nursing job? The new grads that I talk to all got GN jobs, in a big, inpatient facility. But I was wondering if it was possible to get a job not doing inpatient/bedside nursing off that bat?
Anything is possible. It is unlikely though.
