Job interview for public health nursing

Hello!
I am a new grad and I am currently working at a snf and I recently got a job interview for a phn position. The snf position has definitely helped me with assessments and time management and also made me realize what I really like and enjoy in nursing which is patient teaching and preventative care. So when I got this job interview, I could not have been more excited!! It is a home health phn position and I would greatly appreciate any advice on interview questions and how I can prepare myself!
