New grad ADN RN job search outside Philadelphia

Coatsville, PA area. Wanting to move up there with family so I can have support as single mom. I hear RN market there is tough. I am about to be offered job here in Virginia, but that means on my own with 5 year old with no family support system. Does anyone have any advice or input? Thanks!
