Cardiologist office or Nursing home?

hello! I need your opinion to which path to take I have been submitting resume to hospitals still no luck, I have offer for cardiologist office and nursing home which is better?thank you for your time
Which pays better and what are the hours like? That would be my first question. Also, do you ever see yourself in the hospital eventually?
Yes i want to see myself in a hospital work soon, nursing home offers $30/hr and the cardio office pay less than that..thank you for your responsse
