Dallas Area Hospitals

I have an interview so far with Baylor Dallas for the cardiovascular unit, Medical City Dallas- Surgery, and UT Southwest for a ortho floor my least fav of the three. I my background is nothing short of only critical care primarily cardiology and respiratory and know surgery is very different and ortho is by far out of my realm. Does anyone have any in site on these units or just the hopitals?
