New Grad dilemma

I'm a new grad from NYU and was wondering if I should wait to get a hospital job (my first choice) or take a job I'm interviewing for tomorrow with the Red Cross Mobile Blood Bank.
I want that year of experience every hospital is after, but don't know if this will count toward that.
Any feedback from those of you out there that may know the answer to this would be greatly appreciated!
